Aging and injury are natural parts of life—and both can impact the way we move through our yoga practice. In this training, you’ll explore practical ways to adapt yoga for yourself and your students as bodies change over time or recover from injury. We’ll cover accessible modifications for common physical limitations, and learn how to use props—such as chairs, the wall, blocks, and more—to create a safe, supportive, and empowering practice. Whether you’re working with students or your own body, this training will offer tools to keep yoga sustainable, comfortable, and beneficial for the long haul. Two afternoons: Saturday July 19th 12:30-5pm and Sunday July 20th 12:30-5pm
